Julia Ouazanan was born and raised in Paris, France. She is a third-generation hair stylist and since a young age she’s had passion for hair. With 15 years of experience Julia has mastered the art of styling and finishing. She specializes in cutting, styling and hair treatment. Her love for hair takes her clients service and experience to the highest level.
